Matt’s Art Chat #13: John Bleasdale (PODCAST)

My new episode of Matt’s Art Chat is a conversation with writer John Bleasdale. John is a writer of fiction and his articles on art and culture have been published on The Guardian, Il Manifesto and Sight & Sound, among other publications.

While he was born in England, he has lived most of his adult life in a small town about an hour away from Venice in Northern Italy. So, on this podcast, he shared his experience of being in one of the areas most heavily hit by the Coronavirus outbreak. We also talk about his work as a writer, focusing on his first published novel, Blood on the Grass, and more.

Matt’s Art Chat is a series of conversation with artists and interesting people from all over the world. You can watch all episodes of Matt’s Art Chat on Youtube, or listen to them on Spotify, and PodBean.
