12th AND DELAWARE (Heidi Ewing and Rachel Grady, 2010) – FILM REVIEW

A documentary following a pregnancy care centre in Delaware, run by a pro-life group and located across the street from an abortion centre. Their militant ways and passion for their mission are borderline obsessive. Yet, the filmmakers choose to remain objective and mostly let the images speak for themselves. The approach makes the movie all the more powerful, providing insight on the strategies, roles and hierarchies of such an organization, motivated by a worrying mantra that the end justifies the means. ⭐⭐⭐⭐
